At Transglobal, we are committed to delivering safe, compliant, and reliable freight forwarding services across air, ocean, and land routes. Our operations are designed to consistently meet or exceed customer expectations and comply with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. This includes full adherence to the ISO 9001:2015 standard and the Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP), wherever applicable. Our policy supports the organization’s strategic direction, which emphasizes operational excellence, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth.
This policy applies to all activities conducted by Transglobal across our offices in Lebanon, Dubai and Irbil.
As part of our integrated approach to quality and regulatory compliance, we are committed to upholding the following principles aligned with ISO 9001:2015 and GSDP requirements:
- Customer Requirements & Regulatory Compliance: We commit to determining, understanding, and meeting all applicable customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements relevant to our services and to the products handled under GSDP.
- Process Approach & Risk-Based Thinking: We manage our operations as a series of interrelated processes, and we apply risk-based thinking to identify and address risks and opportunities that could impact our ability to achieve intended outcomes.
- Documented Information & Data Integrity: We ensure that documented information and records are controlled, accurate, secure, and readily available, thereby safeguarding data integrity in accordance with ISO and GSDP expectations.
- Competence & Awareness: We provide the necessary training and resources to ensure that all personnel are competent and aware of their roles, responsibilities, and the applicable requirements under ISO 9001 and GSDP.
- Control of Externally Provided Processes: We implement robust processes to select, evaluate, and monitor external providers.
- Operational Control & Product Protection: We maintain effective operational controls to ensure product integrity.
- Monitoring, Measurement & Continual Improvement: We measure performance, evaluate customer satisfaction, and take corrective action where necessary. We are committed to continual improvement of our Integrated Management System through internal audits, management reviews, and process enhancements.
In line with our strategic objectives, we establish measurable quality goals that are consistent with this policy and ISO 9001:2015 requirements. These objectives are reviewed periodically during management review meetings, and they are updated as needed based on performance results, audit findings, and evolving customer and regulatory expectations.
This policy is communicated internally to all employees and is made available to relevant external interested parties. It is reviewed at least once a year to ensure its ongoing suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness in supporting our commitment to quality, compliance, and continual improvement.
